background

ClaimClam fights for you.

Imagine a world where you actually get what’s owed to you.

Our mission is to advance Access to Justice (A2J), to eradicate calculated corporate non-compliance, and to create a world where ethical is profitable. We do this by democratizing legal procedures such as Class Actions (Rule 23).  Today, we begin by connecting individuals with settlements and new cases for which they are eligible. Tomorrow, we will create a forum where people can anonymously and safely discuss issues they face with products, employers, or institutions, helping them find others in similar situations and connecting them with specialized law firms to take action against wrongdoers. For our ecosystem partners, we are building a trusted source of potential plaintiffs who are highly engaged, understand their rights, and are ready to take action. ClaimClam empowers consumers and everyday people to take control of future litigation against powerful institutions. We envision a world where calculated corporate non-compliance is unprofitable.

Who we are:

Our story started with learning about the 4% claims filing rate in class action settlements, and we’ve been building for consumer participation and A2J ever since. ClaimClam is a group of technologists and ex-litigators teaming up to solve problems and build bridges. Our founders bring operational expertise from billion-dollar companies in AI, healthcare technology, and financial services. We champion diversity, recognizing that seemingly unrelated backgrounds and experiences—like recruiting patients for rare disease clinical trials—can translate exceptionally well to finding plaintiffs and class members. Our ecosystem partners include numerous seasoned attorneys committed to advancing A2J, increasing claimant participation, and holding non-compliant institutions accountable. We’ll be speaking at the next ABA Class Actions National Institute Conference in Nashville and the Complex Litigation Ethics Conference in San Francisco. Hope to see you there!
